Adobe Flex Tutorials?

Hey all,





Just a quick query - Does anyone know of any decent Adobe Flex tutorials involving its interaction (mainly insertion) with mySQL databases (preferably in php)?





I'm sure I read somewhere it was a very complicated process.





It's rather hard to find stuff on this being a very young technology and all!
