There's a bunch of podcasts that are pretty good
I have listed a few below. The first one always has good tutorials. I like the adobe studio exchange site because you can get other things besides tutorials, such as free brushes, actions, etc. Have fun!

My best suggestion is for you to join a PS forum and ask for GOOD help, not the one you could find here. Also, try to get your hands on a PS video tut like the ones suggested in Lynda.com or your best bet: Mark's Advanced Photo Tips in Photoshop %26amp; Drawing techniques.
