Actually, there are tons of sites with every kind of tutorial that you can image available online for Adobe Photoshop. Just go to http://www.google.com and type in ';Photoshop Tutorial.'; You will get all kinds of subjects that will come up. Choose what you would like to learn. And, don't forget to search at adobe.com!

Subscribe to their weekly podcast and download all the old episodes. They're videos that walk you through the tutorials and it's all free.
Also, the hosts (Scott Kelby, Dave Cross, and Matt Kloskowski) are all authors of excellent books on all of the Adobe apps. Scott is particularly enjoyable as an author, which is probably why he's the #1 best selling author of computer books. And he's hilarious if you ever get to meet him.
