Blog.flexamples.com is the best that I have found outside of Adobe's site. There's some great stuff there from basic to advanced.

Hello! I've just got myself Adobe Premier Pro CS4 and I was wondering if anybody could recommend any good websites that have tutorials on how to get the most from the software? I use videocopilot.net for After Effects, which is fantastic, so if anyone knows anything along those lines then that would be great. If you are looking for proper websites, enter www.adobe.com for the most professional help, or you could do it another way which is to use YouTube. Type in the keywords Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Tutorial, and hopefully there should be some homemade tutorials on there.
