The best thing that could've ever happened to you is Google. Google 'Photoshop Tutorials', without the quotes and it should yield everything you need. From text to videos, it'll be there for sure. I've used it myself.

In photoshop press F1 and you will find one of the better tutorials out there. They do a fantastic job of documenting their software.
